It is always fun to know that when you give someone a gift for the holiday that they will be able to put it to good use, rather then just wearing it for a few hours to humor you. A lot of time and effort can be put into finding that perfect gift.
J+O staffer John picked his brother up the Norse Projects Kirk Sweater this holiday season and safe to say that the man is finding some function in it. Not only was it a replica of the sweater that Kirk Douglas wore in the film The Heroes of Telemark, but it also makes for a great layering piece if and when you should decide to take up mountaineering, as exemplified by the picture below.
